This was a complete overhaul and something you'd expect to see on your favourite "flip this house" program. Brand new energy efficient windows, exterior doors and siding. The interior was completely stripped down, opened up, and essentially rebuilt including new wiring and electrical, plumbing, and a basement window cut in to ensure the bedroom met egress code. All new lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures and cabinets throughout the entire home.
