"When we wanted to renovate our basement, we decided that taking on the renovation ourselves for a 40 year old house was a bit too challenging for our DIY skills. So, we went in search of a company that was experienced, trustworthy and flexible to meet our special requests. We contacted a number of companies, some who didn’t return our calls or provide quotes, and some that had similar pricing. We picked Edgeview Homes Ltd., as they were thorough, we liked their work and we felt most comfortable when dealing with Cory.

Cory was very hands on throughout the entire project. He was helpful and professional, and runs his company with honesty and integrity. He took the time to meet with us to explain things, as well as provided flexibility when we had a new idea or unique request. All of the trades did quality work and there wasn’t a day throughout the entire project that someone wasn’t working. They even completed the job slightly earlier than anticipated.

Cory helped us make a beautiful space out of a very old and cramped basement. We had thought that a large renovation project was going to be painful, but it was quite a smooth process.
